By using the Chronicles of Sylvania, you accept the terms below.
1. Purpose
The Chronicles of Sylvania is a private, unofficial and free game server dedicated to World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria. The service is provided "as is", for entertainment purposes and with no guarantee of permanent availability.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any activity carried out from your account is attributable to you. The team will never ask you for your password.
3. Code of conduct
Respect for others is mandatory. The following are prohibited: cheating, exploiting bugs, third-party software, harassment, hate speech and advertising for other servers. Failure to comply may result in a ban without notice or refund. See the rules.
4. Virtual goods
Sylvania Coins and in-game items are virtual goods with no real monetary value, not exchangeable for money and non-refundable. They may be modified or removed at any time.
5. Intellectual property
World of Warcraft® and Mists of Pandaria® are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. This project is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Blizzard. All rights reserved to their respective owners.
6. Liability
The team cannot be held responsible for data loss, service interruptions or damages related to the use of the server. Access may be suspended or closed at any time.
7. Changes
These terms may change. The version in force is the one published on this page.
