Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all transactions made on the "The Legion of Sylvania" shop and apply to every purchase of Sylvania Coins as well as to the acquisition of in-game virtual goods and services.

Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. They are supplemented by our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Purchases relate exclusively to Sylvania Coins (the website's internal virtual currency) and to virtual goods usable in-game only: mounts, pets and character customization services.

These goods have no real monetary value. They are neither convertible into money, nor refundable in cash, nor transferable or assignable outside the game. They remain tied to the account on which they were credited.

"The Legion of Sylvania" is a non-profit private game server, unofficial and not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment. Payments constitute voluntary support intended to cover the project's running costs (hosting, domain names, technical maintenance).

As a token of thanks for this support, Sylvania Coins are credited to your account. No reward holds any market value, and supporting the server grants no ownership rights over it or its content.

Sylvania Coins are offered as packs. Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included:

• 500 coins — €2.00
• 1,500 coins — €5.00 (+200 free)
• 4,000 coins — €12.00 (+800 free)
• 9,000 coins — €25.00 (+2,000 free)

Goods and services in the shop are priced in Sylvania Coins (for reference: mounts 2,500 SC, pets 1,000 SC, customization services from 200 to 5,000 SC, level boost 10,000 SC). These prices may change at any time, as stated in section 11.

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Sylvania Coins are credited automatically once the payment is confirmed. The following conditions apply:

• You must be of legal age (18 or older), or have the prior consent of a legal guardian;
• Beyond €50.00 cumulative in the current month, an explicit confirmation is required;
• A cap of €100.00 per account and per calendar month applies as a precaution. The counter resets on the 1st of each month at 00:00.

No banking data is entered or stored on our servers: the transaction is handled entirely by PayPal.

Sylvania Coins are credited immediately to your web account once the payment is confirmed. Purchased items (mounts, pets) are delivered in-game by mail to the chosen character. Customization services take effect on the relevant character's next login.

If the delivery of a good fails, the corresponding Sylvania Coins are automatically refunded to your balance, allowing you to try again or pick another item.

In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's express prior consent.

By confirming a purchase, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the content has been delivered.

Given the nature of virtual goods delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable once delivery has been completed. Any request must be submitted via a support ticket within 14 calendar days of the purchase.

A refund may be considered, on an exceptional basis, in the following cases:

• accidental duplicate payment of the same order;
• a major technical error attributable to the server;
• non-receipt of coins or item more than 24 hours after the confirmed payment;
• fraudulent use of a third-party PayPal account — which also results in the permanent ban of the game account concerned.

The "The Legion of Sylvania" team disclaims any responsibility for mistakes made by the user during a purchase: choice of the recipient account or character, selection of the service, or misunderstanding of the item purchased. It is your responsibility to verify these details before confirming your order.

The service is provided "as is" and may be subject to interruptions (maintenance, technical incident). Virtual goods may evolve, be modified or be removed as the server is updated, without giving rise to any compensation.

Only the data strictly necessary to process the payment is collected. No banking information is stored on our servers, as the transaction is fully delegated to PayPal. The processing of your data is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

The administration reserves the right to change prices, the range of goods and services, and these terms at any time, without notice. The Terms of Sale applicable to an order are those in force and published on this page at the time it is confirmed.

The parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any action. Failing that, the dispute shall be subject to French law.
