Terms of Sale
Terms applicable to the purchase of Sylvania Coins and virtual goods.
1. Nature of the products
Purchases relate exclusively to Sylvania Coins (virtual currency) and in-game virtual goods (mounts, pets, services). They have no real monetary value.
2. Support donation
Payments constitute support for the server, helping cover its costs (hosting, maintenance). In return, Sylvania Coins are credited to your account.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Coins are credited automatically once the payment is confirmed. A monthly cap applies as a precaution.
4. No refunds
Given the nature of virtual goods delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable, except in the event of a proven technical error attributable to the server.
5. Delivery
Coins are credited to the web account. Purchased items are delivered in-game by mail. If delivery fails, the coins are automatically refunded to your balance.
6. Disputes
For any question regarding a purchase, open a support ticket or contact the team via Discord, keeping your transaction number.
